Grind & Seal
Simple. Clean. Modern concrete.
Grind and seal is a great option if you like the natural look of concrete but want it to feel more finished. We mechanically grind the surface and apply a professional sealer that enhances the appearance while protecting the concrete.
It’s a clean, modern look that works really well in basements, shops, and industrial style spaces.

I’m Brennan, the person behind The Epoxy Spillers, and transforming plain concrete into a finished floor that really changes the feel of a space is something I’ve grown to love doing.
Before starting my own company, I spent years installing floors and leading projects where I learned what actually makes these systems last. One thing I realized quickly is that the difference between a floor that looks good for a few months and one that holds up for years always comes down to the preparation and attention to detail behind it.
At The Epoxy Spillers, every project starts with proper mechanical surface preparation, moisture protection, and a coating system designed to perform long-term. I’m not interested in rushing jobs or cutting corners. The goal is to install a floor that both looks incredible and holds up to real use.
